Yes, when properly supervised. Our trainers focus on age-appropriate workouts that emphasize proper form, safety, and gradual progression, helping teens build a solid foundation for long-term fitness.

No problem. These classes are beneficial for all teens, whether they participate in athletics or simply want to stay active, learn new skills, and develop healthy habits.

Our youth programs prioritize functional movements, coordination drills, and moderate resistance exercises suitable for a developing body. We also incorporate fun, engaging activities to keep teens motivated and confident.

Two to three sessions per week is usually ideal, allowing time for recovery and other extracurricular activities. Regular exercise helps teens establish lifelong habits without overloading their growing bodies.
